Storytelling | Project Coordination
From film and television to art galleries, and museums, the common thread in my career has been a passion for bringing non-fiction stories to life in engaging and inventive ways.
The creation of each project spans many phases, read on to see the expertise I bring to creative teams from ideation to final deliverables!

Expertise
01
Project Management
Prioritizing, delegating, time management, problem-solving, and follow-up—I’ve kept projects organized for teams across various time zones and specialties.
Since grade school, when I wrangled classmates into designing haunted houses and organizing book release parties, I’ve always loved a good to-do list. And to this day I enjoy working collaboratively and ensuring things run smoothly!

02
Research + Database Management
From hours of footage at sea on National Geographic’s Wicked Tuna, to the sea of memories and merchandise in Mickey: The Story Of A Mouse, I’ve created and maintained shared databases to track essential assets and to-dos from production to rights clearance.
I have the patience to pour through mountains of material and an eye for spotting gold nuggets that best illustrate important story points!

03
Visual Identity
Whether in physical spaces or digital media, I love crafting the visual language for each unique project.
Through color palette, font, and artistic motifs, I established the aesthetic identity for the Intersecting Energy Cultures working group at the Penn Program in Environmental Humanities. The design for this complex set of projects aided in internal ideation and helped convey the spirit of the project to audiences.

04
Iteration + Prototyping
I’m a firm believer that multiple brains are better than one— welcoming collaboration and user feedback leads to more creative solutions and better final products. While working on the exhibitions team at the InLiquid Gallery, I enjoyed experimenting with ways to make gallery spaces more welcoming to diverse audiences.

05
Delivery
When you’re deep in the weeds on a project, it can be hard to envision the day it’s out in the real world.
I make sure to sow the seeds throughout the process to ensure meticulous QC and flawless final submission files. Whether it's a movie going live on a streaming service or an engaging exhibit opening, I strive for a smooth and successful final phase!
